The right product for every application

Since 1925, we have been developing and manufacturing fasteners that offer absolute stability, high precision, and reusability thanks to their unique grooved principle.

Grooved pins

Grooved pins with 3 grooves 120° spacing, vibration-resistant, self-centering, and multiple-use. Also available as custom pins according to drawings for individual applications.

Grooved nails

Grooved pins with half-round head for permanent or secured connections. Ideal for fastening sheet metal, signs, and covers. Also available as custom nails according to specifications.

Additional Products

Cylindrical pins, Kerpin H notched grooved pins, grooved pins, and Rikopin ring-head cylindrical pins. Complemented by a wide range of variants for diverse installation requirements.

Superior holding power

With our patented design, complex, precise fits are a thing of the past. Simply drill a hole—physics does the rest.

Grooves through rolling

Three grooves, offset by 120°, are rolled into the pin, forming grooves that increase its diameter.

Elastic back-formation

Driving the pin into a straight hole forces the grooves back, creating a secure, radial tension.

Vibration-proof hold

High clamping forces ensure an absolutely vibration-proof fit, preserving the borehole and allowing for reusability.
